In the year 3000, evil mutant criminal Ransik is brought to justice by the Red Power Ranger, an officer of Time Force, after his trial, Ransik is placed under the escort custody of the Rangers' fiance, Jen and her close friends. Ransik manages to escape en route to prison with the aid of his daughter Nadira and cyborg accomplice Frax. He makes his way to the prison and commandeers it. Preparing to finish his previous experiments of time travel, Ransik is confronted by the same Ranger who apprehended him...
